Job Description
• Active leads generation;
• Fix appointments with clients, conduct presentations and manage negotiation and closing
• Prepare proposals, quotations
• Servicing of existing clients
• Meet the monthly targets and KPIs set out by the managment
• Keep up with the industry trends and relevant government bodies' updates
• Prepare weekly reports for the company
Requirements
• We value the attitude of the candidate more than his / her education level
• Candidates should possess the right attitude - self-driven, motivated, hungry for success and goal-oriented
• Good communication skills and able to connect with business owners
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Experience is not required as training and mentorship will be provided
• Ex cabin crew, mid-career candidates looking for a change are welcome to apply

Working location: 6 jalan kilang timor. Bukit merah. (Option to work from home)
Hours is mon - fri. 10am to 7pm. ( if u hit sales target, can dun come office)
Basic is 1.5k + allowance 500.
Commission will be presented during interview

Consultant + Therapist
(No Min. Qualification）

If you are willing to work hard for your family, and as long as you are bilingual, it doesn't matter if you have an education qualification or not. A Beauty Group with various locations in Singapore has job offer(s) for you!

Deployment

If you have the relevant skills and experience, you will go to their group of companies specialising in hair treatments or beauty treatments.

If you do not have relevant skills and experience, you will mostly be assigned to their group of companies specialising in slimming where on-the-job training will be provided. 

During interview, they will assign you to somewhere near where you stay. 

 

Pay structure

1) Basic Salary + 2) Commissions + 3) Fees for services rendered
For new-joiners, there will be guarantee of net Income of minimum $2,200 for the 1st 6 months. 

1) Basic = $1,300/- 

This is low but it is usually the commission that takes up the majority of your income. With the commission, and fees, we have mommies who bring home 5-figure income monthly.

2) Commission = 10% of Price of Packages sold 
As mentioned, commission can add up to even more than 5 figures.

3) Fees = Based on Services Rendered 
As you will be both the therapist and the consultant, you will render therapist and treatment services to the clients. These services award you with points such as 1 Point = $2. On average, you will be able to accumulate about 300-400 points per month which awards you service fees of about $600-$800. 

Working hours

• Retail working hours from 11am - 9pm
• Averaging about 5.5 days per week (However, there are no half days)
• In a month, there will be a total of 4 weekdays OFFs and 2 Sundays OFF
• Usually it will be 1 week 1 off (6 days week), next week 2 offs (5 days week) 

 

How do the consultants get their client base? 

• OJT (On-the-job Training) and start to acquire new customers 
• Company wide promotions will bring in walk-ins or call-ins
• These walk-ins will be rotated among the consultants to serve
• You will also take over customers from ex colleagues who have left the company

In Year 2020 and probably few years beyond, Live Video streaming, hosting and broadcasting will be the trend.

These days, it may not always be about qualifications that can only bring us income. Skills-based jobs cab be lucrative too.

(No Min. Qualification）
