𝘈: Upon Order confirmation, maximum 7 working days for item to be delivered to you.

𝙌: How does the complimentary packaging look like?
𝘈: Please note that wrapping paper pattern varies according to-date availability. Some clients choose to opt-out of the wrapping paper as they are not presenting it as a gift, hence the packaging will be just the packaging box and From This Moment Tote Bag.

𝘈: A representative from From This Moment will connect with you to your mobile number after the 3D photo craft frame is done up to check if you require wrapping and personalised greeting card (wallet size), before delivery.

𝘈: For this Classic Series Frame size 23 X 23 cm, we recommend you to select from minimum 1 photo up to maximum 5 photos.
𝙌: Do I get to see the done up design work before delivery?
𝘈: Yes, a representative from From This Moment will connect with you to your mobile number and send you a picture of the done up work.
𝙌: How do I inform the greeting message that I want to include in the complimentary wallet sized greeting card?
𝘈: A representative from From This Moment will connect with you to your mobile number after the 3D photo craft frame is done up to check with you your prefered personalised greeting message. This is optional, some clients choose to opt this out as they do not require.
