1) Where is the customised mattress made?
Our factory is in Indonesia.
2) Is there warranty for the customised mattress?
Yes, 3 years for the foam mattress and 10 years for the spring mattress. Fabric is not covered in warranty.
3) What is the lead time upon order confirmation?
Lead time is 7-10 working days upon confirmation and payment.
4) Are there any delivery charges?
We offer free delivery islandwide except off main island and restricted area.
5) What is the maximum mattress length for customisation?
We can customise mattress length up to 200cm
6) Do you do customised odd shape mattress?
No, we do not offer odd shape mattress customisation at this point.
7) Are you able to do mattress of width more than 130cm?
Yes we can.
8) Can I choose my delivery date and timing?
Yes, you can indicate the preferred date and timing in your checkout notes so that we will try and arrange. You can let us know your preferred day of delivery, and we will try to accommodate. Delivery timing is determined by logistics team, and it will be confirmed one day before actual delivery.
9) Can I choose the colour of the mattress covering fabric?
Not possible. It is standard fabric for each mattress thickness.
10) How to confirm the mattress measurements?
We accept measurements in centimetres and inches. Do note that there is a manufacturing tolerance of +/- 1.5cm for your measurement consideration.
11) What is the cancellation policy?
To ensure your satisfaction and we want to process the order soonest to the factory, there is no cancellation and refund, as your order will be immediately processed.
12) Can I still change the size after confirmation?
No size change is allowed once order is submitted to factory, so it is important to confirm measurements before ordering.
