Mix 1 sachet of SLIMMY MILK TEA with 100ml of hot or warm water.
Stir thoroughly, add room temperature water so that you are able to drink immediately. Do not leave SLIMMY MILK TEA out for too long.
Take 1 sachets 30mins-1 hour before lunch Take 1 sachets 30mins- 1 hour before dinner Cannot eat ur meal earlier then 30 mins/ or later than 1 hour after consume Milktea . Only consume if you got eat meal , never eat no need drink . Example if u only eat 1 meal per day u just drink 1 time can already .

How to use SLIMMY FIBRE 80XT?

Rmb don’t add hot water ! 
Only can use cold or room temperature water for making slimmy !
